The Leadership Circle Profile is a comprehensive 360° assessment that provides a wealth of information. It helps leaders understand the behaviours and mindsets that limit their performance. The packaging of a typical coaching service is outlined below. We are also able to develop unique packages to suite your personal and business needs:
The first step is to book an explorative session to assess if you find a match with the coach and if your needs can be met. Work out the number of sessions, duration, and costs.
Coaching is packaged as a series of sessions, typically between 3 and 9 sessions. Three sessions are recommended as the minimum to establish the relationship, build trust, and yield results for the client
Sessions last a minimum of 75 minutes or a maximum of 90 minutes. Sixty minutes is set aside for the thinking part of the session and the remaining time will be used to check in and out and for reflection
