Be More was born from a desire to serve you to be more. Be More serves leaders to grow their leadership capability because we believe leaders are pivotal to the growth and success of their people, teams, organisations, communities and beyond. As leaders flourish everything around them flourishes.
Be More is an invitation to be more than our past, our limitations, and all that sabotages us – to be more aware and awake to our world view, innate knowledge and resources so we can access it, make conscious liberating choices and create life that flows with ease and brings joy. While we are always doing our best, Be More is an invitation to become better and better versions of ourselves by continuously taking small incremental steps towards change that leads us forward. In doing so, growing a capability to continuously adapt and respond.
The mandala pattern in our logo is synonymous with the invitation to Be More. The circle symbolizes life, creation, our personal power. The continuous flowing pattern speaks to the ongoing journey of growing and being more. The complexity of the design mirrors the complexity in human beings. Exploring the complex pattern draws one in like a coaching process that encourages self discovery.
Be More works in partnership with the client to build an open, creative, synergistic relationship that is focused on serving the client by creating a foundation for coaching and ensuring the client is positioned to get the most out of the program.
Through research Nancy Kline designed 10 components she found enabled people to think independently. Together the 10 components are a system that create the ideal set of conditions that treat people well so they can do their best independent thinking.
Clear boundaries are agreed and documented in a Coaching Agreement ensuring there is a common understanding of coaching and how it works.
Be More is committed to creating a safe environment for coaching so that clients can do their most courageous work. Safety and trust are built on confidentiality and steering away from any circumstance that would prevent or inhibit the client from going to the edge of their exploration.
Be More is committed to providing exceptional service to clients. Be More is transparent with clients about their services, accurately discloses their qualifications and is realistic about their capabilities.

Vandena has been an exco member in one of the toughest industries for women and held senior leadership positions for over 15 years, in large complex organisations where she successfully led teams to achieve breakthrough results.
As a leader, Vandena grew curious about inspiring the best performance in people and this interest grew her as a leader and grew into a calling, one she embraced to become a professional coach.
Vandena’s lived leadership experience, her passion for nurturing the best in people, together with her professional coaching expertise positions her to help leaders grow their effectiveness
Vandena is a nurturer who encourages her clients through the journey and is interested in understanding what it is like to walk in their shoes. Vandena listens in a way that enables the client to go further in their thinking and asks probing questions that help clients see things from different perspectives. Through the experience clients learn and grow their capability to continue to adapt and respond to change.
